1 Acceptance of Terms

By registering, accessing, or using any part of the twin33 platform – whether via the website, mobile app, or any of our official channels – you hereby confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be fully bound by these Terms and Conditions.

If you disagree with any part of this document, please stop using the twin33 platform immediately. Continued use of our platform following any amendments to these terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.

2 Eligibility & Account Registration

2.1 Age Restriction

The twin33 platform is for adult users only. You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time, and any account proven to have been registered by a minor will be closed immediately with no refund of any remaining balance.

2.2 One Account Per Individual

Registering multiple accounts to claim duplicate bonuses or circumvent restrictions is a serious violation of these terms. twin33 uses advanced detection technology to identify duplicate accounts, and appropriate action will be taken.

2.3 Accuracy of Information

All information you provide during registration and the KYC process must be accurate, complete, and up to date. This includes your full name, date of birth, phone number, email address, and bank account number. False or incomplete information may result in your account being suspended or closed.

2.4 Account Security

You are fully responsible for the security of your password and account. Do not share your login details with anyone. twin33 will never request your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Report any suspicious activity to our support team immediately.

• Use a strong password combining uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols.

3 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

3.1 Deposit Methods

Twin33 supports a wide range of popular deposit methods in Malaysia, including FPX (30+ local banks), DuitNow, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, and GrabPay. All deposits are processed instantly and credited directly to your account wallet.

3.2 Deposit Limits

3.3 Withdrawal Process

Winnings withdrawals are processed via direct bank transfer to your registered Malaysian bank account. Qualifying withdrawals are processed within 5 to 15 minutes during normal operating hours. Withdrawals requiring additional review may take up to 24 hours.

• The registered bank account must be in the same name as your twin33 account.

4 Bonuses & Promotions

4.2 Welcome Bonus

5.2 Technical Disruptions

In the event of a technical disruption such as an internet disconnection during an active game, twin33 will use server-side system records to determine the valid game outcome. Server system results are final in all disputes related to technical disruptions.

5.3 Sports Betting

For sports betting, all bets accepted and confirmed by the system are binding. twin33 reserves the right to void any bet if there is a significant pricing error, incorrect event information, or any other circumstance causing the odds to not reflect true market value.

5.4 Wagering Limits

Minimum and maximum wagering limits are displayed directly within each game and betting market. twin33 reserves the right to adjust wagering limits for individual accounts based on risk profile without further explanation.

6 User Responsibilities

6.1 Permitted Use

You agree to use the twin33 platform solely for lawful personal entertainment purposes. Using the platform for commercial purposes, account takeovers, transferring rights to third parties, or any purpose other than personal gaming activity is strictly prohibited.

6.2 Absolute Prohibitions

7 Account Closure & Suspension

You may close your twin33 account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Before closure, ensure all funds in your wallet have been withdrawn. Any remaining balance after the closure process is completed will be returned to your registered bank account.

7.2 Suspension by twin33

Twin33 reserves the right to suspend or close your account without prior notice if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion of any of the following:

10 Amendments & Applicable Law

Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the amended terms.

10.2 Applicable Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable in twin33's operating jurisdiction. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation before formal legal proceedings are initiated.

10.3 Severability

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid, unenforceable, or inapplicable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision will be minimally reinterpreted to make it valid and enforceable. All other provisions in this document remain unaffected and in full force.
